After attending the trial(s) there will be a follow up email. If yourself or child enjoyed the class and wishes to be enrolled the parent portal will be activated and you will be able to access all upcoming classes, billing and much more through the porral.
How does payments work?
... All customers will be invoiced for every term, IE Autumn term 1 September to October Half Term.
Payments can be made by BACs or Cash.
Where can I park?
... We are very lucky to have our own private studio and parking bays.
There is parking bays for users of Clearspace on the right as you enter the site, plenty of parking and lay-by's all along the road at Bude and Stratton Business Park, as well as three parking spaces outside of the studio. I do kindly ask to avoid blocking other units on pick up and drop off. A lot of the neighbours do not mind customers waiting for students by their units after working hours.
Are there any hidden costs?
... There are no hidden costs.
I am very proud to offer high quality dance classes at a reasonable price with no hidden extras.
When it comes to performances and shows I do not charge for any rehearsals, no custume hire fees, no participation for students in show fees. I try my best tokeep the school fair and affordable.
What is best to wear?
... It is advised to wear comfy clothes that brings confidence to the dancer.
For acrobatic, ballet and musical theatre classes it is recommended to wear hair up and not too loose of clothing. There is ubiform available on the website.
What is the cancellation policy?
... It is important to contact Jade regarding any changes to classes especially if you would like to cancel your enrolmenty.
Failure to do so will result in being charges for classes until informed.
